Course Information

The middle school years (7-9) are meaningful for a child's social and emotional development. It is a time where they should feel safe to explore the world, make mistakes, and learn who they are without judgement. At Pulteney, we approach the middle school years with sensitivity, awareness, and positivity. Great emphasis is placed on the student’s wellbeing as they begin the transition from childhood to adulthood. The small home groups are led by experienced middle school teachers who spend time getting to know their students and fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Designed in collaboration with Pulteney students, a new Middle School was opened in 2018. It features innovative learning spaces which cater for modern teaching methods with the adolescent learner in mind.
