The 3-semester (~9-month) Intensive English Foundation program is designed for international students who do not have the English proficiency to start the Foundation or Pre-Master program at SRH. This is an academic journey divided into two main stages:
Semester 1: English Intensification
Semesters 2 & 3: Standard Foundation for continuing to study at SRH University
Semester 1 – English Foundations I
Basic grammar and vocabulary
Daily listening and speaking skills
Pronunciation and communication reflexes
Getting familiar with university study skills
Semester 2 – English Foundations II
Basic academic writing
Reading and summarizing information
Presentation and academic communication
Note-taking and information analysis skills
Semester 3 – Pre-Foundation Academic Skills
Advanced essay writing
Getting familiar with critical thinking
Logical thinking, teamwork skills
ICT skills (information technology in academics)
